About the project
ZaPlan is a construction control SaaS. Projects, tasks, work acceptance, drawings, documents, finance and analytics for the whole site team in a single window. We rewrote the product end to end — a modern responsive front end and a new back end — and turned it into a SaaS with self-service company sign-up.
Its real strength is work in the field: pin a task straight onto the drawing, run checklists with GPS and photo proof, log health and safety findings, raise RFIs and keep working with no signal at all (PWA). A set of AI features sits inside, and the architecture is multi-tenant — every company gets its own isolated database.
