Personal Data Processing Policy for the roboweb.team website
This Policy explains what personal data we collect through the roboweb.team website, why and on what legal grounds we process it, how we store and protect it, and what rights you have as a data subject. We process the minimum amount of data — only what is needed to get back to you about your request. By submitting a form or using the calculator on the website, you agree to the terms of this Policy. This is a courtesy translation; in case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data» and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by the Operator to ensure its security. 1.2. The personal data subject (hereinafter the «User», «you») is a natural person who provides their data through the forms or services of the roboweb.team website (hereinafter the «Website»). 1.4. Personal data means any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified natural person. 1.5. Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions performed with personal data (collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction). 1.6. This Policy applies to all personal data the Operator receives from Users through the Website. Use of the Website constitutes the User's consent to this Policy; if you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website. 1.7. The Operator may amend this Policy. A new version takes effect upon publication on the Website unless the new version provides otherwise. The current version is always available at the Policy's location on the Website.
2. Composition of processed data and purposes of processing
2.1. The Operator processes personal data that the User voluntarily provides by filling in request forms or using the cost calculator on the Website. 2.2. Composition of processed personal data: — name (or another name/form of address specified by the User); — phone number and/or identifier (username) in the Telegram messenger; — the content of the request and project parameters that the User specifies in the form or calculator (e.g., type of task, desired scope of work). 2.3. The Operator may also automatically receive technical data (see Section 7 «Cookies and analytics»): IP address, browser and device information, referral source, and actions on the Website. This data is processed primarily in anonymized form by web analytics tools. 2.4. Purposes of processing personal data: — handling requests and inquiries submitted through the Website; — contacting the User to clarify the request, prepare a proposal, calculate the cost, and agree on the terms of service; — concluding and performing a service agreement; — improving the Website and the quality of services, and analyzing traffic (in anonymized form). 2.5. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data (race, ethnicity, health, religious or other beliefs, etc.) or biometric personal data. 2.6. The Operator does not request data from minors. If the User is under 18, data should be provided on the Website only with the consent of a legal representative.
3. Legal grounds for processing
3.1. The Operator processes personal data on the following legal grounds: — Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data»; — the User's consent to the processing of personal data, given when submitting a form or using the calculator on the Website (Clause 1, Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ); — the need to perform an agreement to which the User is a party, or to take steps to conclude such an agreement at the User's initiative (Clause 5, Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ); — the exercise of the Operator's rights and legitimate interests that do not infringe the subject's rights and freedoms (Clause 7, Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ) — in respect of responding to inquiries and conducting business. 3.2. Consent to the processing of personal data is given by the User freely, of their own will, and in their own interest. By submitting a form or using the calculator with contact details, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out herein.
4. Procedure for processing, storage, and protection of data
4.1. Processing of personal data is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools. Data from the Website's forms and calculator is delivered to the Operator, including via the Operator's Telegram bot (see Section 5). 4.2. The Operator stores personal data no longer than required for the purposes of processing, unless a different period is established by the laws of the Russian Federation or by an agreement. Once the purposes of processing are achieved, and upon withdrawal of consent, personal data is subject to destruction or anonymization, unless other lawful grounds for its storage exist. 4.3. The personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored, updated, and retrieved using databases located within the territory of the Russian Federation (Part 5, Article 18 of Law No. 152-FZ). 4.4. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions, including: — limiting the circle of persons with access to personal data; — using secure data transmission channels and password protection; — ensuring confidentiality by persons who have access to the data; — regular assessment and improvement of protection measures. 4.5. The User undertakes to provide accurate data and keep it up to date. The Operator is not responsible for the consequences of the User providing inaccurate data or data belonging to others.
5. Transfer of data to third parties
5.1. The Operator does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except in the cases provided for by this Policy and the laws of the Russian Federation. 5.2. Data left in the Website's forms and calculator is delivered to the Operator using the Telegram messaging service (the Operator's Telegram bot). This involves the infrastructure of the company that owns the Telegram service; the transfer is made to deliver notifications to the Operator about an incoming request. 5.3. To operate the Website and analyze traffic, the Operator uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC). Data processing by this service is carried out in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy (see Section 7). 5.4. Transfer of personal data is possible upon request of authorized state bodies in the cases and in the manner established by the laws of the Russian Federation. 5.5. In all cases, transfer is carried out solely to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in Section 2 and in compliance with confidentiality and security requirements.
6. Rights of the data subject and withdrawal of consent
6.1. The User has the right to: — obtain information about the processing of their personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, and exactly what data is being processed; — demand the clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained unlawfully, or not needed for the stated purpose of processing; — withdraw consent to the processing of personal data; — appeal the Operator's actions or omissions to the authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights (Roskomnadzor) or in court. 6.2. To exercise these rights, as well as to withdraw consent, the User sends a corresponding request to the email roboweb.team@yandex.ru or to the Operator's postal address specified in Section 8. The request should include information allowing the User to be identified and the substance of the request. 6.3. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Upon receiving a withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing personal data and destroys it within the time frames established by law, except where processing may lawfully continue on other grounds. 6.4. The Operator reviews requests and provides a response within the time frames established by Law No. 152-FZ.
7. Cookies and analytics (Yandex.Metrica)
7.1. The Website uses cookies — small text files stored in the User's browser — to ensure the Website functions correctly, remember preferences, and collect visit statistics. 7.2. To analyze traffic and user behavior, the Operator uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service. The service may collect anonymized data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, actions on the Website, and the date and time of the visit. 7.3. Data collected by analytics tools is used in aggregated and anonymized form and does not allow a specific User to be directly identified without additional information. Data processing by Yandex.Metrica is governed by the terms and privacy policy of Yandex LLC. 7.4. The User may independently limit or disable the use of cookies in their browser settings, and may use the opt-out tools provided by analytics services. Disabling cookies may affect the operation of certain Website features.
