Our own product: the studio’s marketing site and a client portal where every customer watches their project board, progress and documents in real time.
About the project
Roboweb.team is a shop window and a working tool at the same time. The public side is a bilingual site with a project calculator, dark and light themes, a live “build pipeline” animation and enquiries that land straight in Telegram.
The heart of it is the client portal. Every customer gets an account with the kanban board of their own project: progress, deadlines, comments and documents. Transparency instead of “call us and we’ll tell you” — the client always knows which stage the work has reached.
What it does
Project kanban
Tasks move through Ideas → Backlog → In progress → Review → Done, with priorities, stages, labels, due dates and per-task progress.
Live analytics
Completion ring, burn-up chart, breakdown by status and type, upcoming deadlines and blockers — all computed on the fly from the project’s tasks.
Client sign-off
The client accepts a finished task themselves (Review → Done) or sends it back for rework, and the team is notified in Telegram.
Documents and attachments
Contracts and project files live inside the account: upload, download and attach them to tasks and comments.
Roles and shared access
Admins run projects and clients; several people on the customer’s side can share one project.
