About the project

Twin is a dating app built around meaning rather than endless swiping. At its core is AI matching by interests: for every profile the app works out a match percentage and explains why the two of you would have something to talk about.

The product also takes a stand — everything is free, with no paywalls: you see everyone who liked you, likes and super-likes are unlimited, and AI matching and chats stay free for good. We did the design, the front end, the back end and the native iOS and Android builds.

A match percentage for every profile, with plain reasons behind it: shared interests, intent and distance.

A live profile feed with smooth animation, swipes, super-likes and matches.

You see everyone who liked you — no paywall, no “pay to reveal”.

Messaging once you match, plus AI suggestions for the first line.
